Sri Lanka Law College is the only body of legal education in Sri Lanka that nurtures, evaluates, and qualifies prospective law students to become Attorneys-at-Law since its establishment in 1874.
The Law College is delighted to announce the successful completion of the Sri Lanka Law College Placement Project. A special ceremony was convened to celebrate the achievement, graced by the presence of Honourable Justice Yasantha Kodagoda PC as the Guest of Honour, Presidents' Counsel, Attorneys-at-Law, staff, and students were among the attendees. Participants in this program had the invaluable opportunity to collaborate with seasoned legal professionals, gaining firsthand insights into legal practice.

The Sri Lanka Law College functions under the Incorporated Council of Legal Education (under the Incorporated Council of Legal Education Ordinance No.2 of 1900 as amended) to administer legal education to persons who desire to be enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law in the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
