Sri Lanka Law College is the only body of legal education in Sri Lanka that nurtures, evaluates, and qualifies prospective law students to become Attorneys-at-Law since its establishment in 1874.
Commencing on March 18, 2024, the Practical Training Course caters to apprentices who completed their final year Attorneys-at-Law examination in October 2023. The inauguration program was graced by the presence of the Principal of Sri Lanka Law College, members of the Incorporated Council of Legal Education, and the Solicitor General of the Attorney General’s Department.

The Sri Lanka Law College functions under the Incorporated Council of Legal Education (under the Incorporated Council of Legal Education Ordinance No.2 of 1900 as amended) to administer legal education to persons who desire to be enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law in the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
